Weaver Exterior Remodeling: Seamless Eavestrough, Soffit & Alu-Rex Leaf Guard Installation in Kaycan Chocolate

This installation not only enhances the home’s appearance but also delivers long-term protection against water damage, clogged gutters, and weather wear. 

Scope of Work

This project required a complete water management system upgrade designed to perform in all seasons.

1. Seamless Eavestrough Installation

• We installed custom seamless aluminum eavestroughs, measured and cut on-site for a perfect fit.
• The eavestroughs were aligned with the correct slope to direct water efficiently to the downpipes.
• Reinforced with heavy-duty hangers, the system can withstand Ontario’s toughest weather, from heavy rain to ice buildup.

2. Vented Soffit Replacement

• Old soffits were removed and replaced with vented Kaycan soffit panels in Chocolate.
• Improved ventilation helps regulate attic temperature, reducing risks of condensation and roof damage.
• The sleek color finish blends seamlessly with the roofline for a unified, modern look. 

3. Alu-Rex Leaf Guard Installation

• We installed the Alu-Rex T-Rex® continuous hanger system with built-in leaf guard. 
• This system prevents leaves, debris, and ice from clogging the gutters while reinforcing the eavestrough. 
• Homeowners benefit from low maintenance, enhanced durability, and year-round gutter protection without the hassle of seasonal cleaning.

4. Downpipe Installation

• New downpipes were strategically placed to optimize water drainage.
• Secure fastenings and sealed joints ensure leak-free performance.
• Extensions were added to carry water safely away from the home's foundation, protecting against erosion and basement leaks.
