At Weaver we have an effective and proven process of getting your exterior home renovations done on schedule. From the moment you first contact us to our after service follow-up, we don’t miss a single detail.
That’s because our remodeling process is our company’s greatest asset – aside from our employees, of course! Here’s how it works.
STEP 1. You Contact Us
Our remodeling process starts with you. We encourage you to reach out to us at your convenience, via telephone, email or through our website, and a member of our team will answer within 24 hours. We’ll schedule a call between you and one of our experienced sales consultants to discuss your project further.
STEP 2. We Contact You
Your Weaver sales consultant will call you to schedule an in-person meeting. We do this because we believe there is no such thing as a “one-size-fits-all” approach. We thoroughly assess your request by listening to your needs and visualizing your physical space so that we can come up with the best solution.
STEP 3. We Visit You
Before we arrive, we will email you to confirm our appointment date and send along a company profile of your Weaver consultant, so you know who to expect. We’ll go over your project, take a number of photos and promise a quote date.
STEP 4. We Send a Quote
After we evaluate all the details we learned at our visit, we’ll develop a plan to get the job done right. You’ll receive a custom project proposal, outlining the steps, details and associated costs. This proposal comes at no cost and with no obligation, as we are confident that our pricing is competitive for the unsurpassed value we offer.
STEP 5. You Ask Questions
After you’ve read through your proposal, you may have some questions. Our team members are always available to answer your project questions before we start, as it progresses and after it is completed. A Weaver client is a Weaver client for life.
STEP 6. We Schedule the Job
Once we have agreed on the project proposal and quote, we work together to come up with a plan that is compatible with your calendar. We’ll discuss the project timeline and review expectations so even before we start, you’ll know exactly what’s going to happen. Our production team will schedule the job and will let you know when to expect us.
STEP 7. We Show Up
When the timing is right for you, we show up to get the job done. Key members of our team come already briefed on the specifics and timeline of your unique project. We arrive and work on schedule, efficiently completing the project down to the last fine detail.
STEP 8. We Follow Up
As we stated earlier, a Weaver client is a Weaver client for life, and we mean that. After the completion of your project, we follow up with you. We want to understand your experience so that we can continue to learn and improve. We’ll contact you to make sure you’re happy with the work we’ve done for you and ask you how we can do better.
