STEP 1. You Contact Us
Our remodeling process starts with you. We encourage you to reach out to us at your convenience. Contact us via telephone, email or through our website, and a member of our team will answer your call live! We will listen and document your requirements. We then schedule a time with you to meet with one of our sales team members to discuss your project further.
STEP 2. Schedule an Appointment with You
We schedule an in-person meeting with you and one of our sales team members. We do this because we believe there is no such thing as a “one-size-fits-all” approach. We thoroughly assess your request by listening to your needs and visualizing your physical space so that we can create the best solution. After you have accepted the appointment time and date, you will receive two appointment confirmation emails listing the details of the appointment and the company profile picture of your Weaver consultant, so you know who to expect.
STEP 3. We Visit You
We arrive to meet you on the agreed upon date and time. We will have samples of products and brochures and share with you the great added values of working with Weaver. We will go over your project, take a number of photos and notes to ensure we are building a solution to your needs.
STEP 4. We Provide A Proposal
After we evaluate all the project details we learned at our visit, we will develop a plan to get the job done right. In most cases, you will receive a custom project proposal, outlining the steps, details, and associated costs on the same day as the meeting! This proposal comes at no cost and with no obligation, as we are confident that our pricing is competitive for the unsurpassed value we offer.
STEP 5. You Ask Questions
After you and your Sales Consultant have read your proposal, you may have some questions. Your Sales Consultant can answer those questions and make edits to your proposal until it meets your expectations. Our sales team members are always available to answer your project questions before we start, as it progresses and after its completion. A Weaver client is a Weaver client for life.
STEP 6. We Schedule The Job
Once we have agreed on the Project Proposal and quote, we work together to create a plan that is compatible with your calendar. We will discuss the project timeline and review expectations so even before we start, you will know exactly what is going to happen. Our Production Team will schedule the job and will let you know when to expect us.
STEP 7. We Show Up
When the timing is right for you, we show up to get the job done. Key members of our team come already briefed on the specifics and timeline of your unique project. We arrive and work on schedule, efficiently completing the project down to the last fine detail.
STEP 8. We Follow Up
As we stated earlier, a Weaver client is a Weaver client for life, and we mean that. After the completion of your project, we follow up with you. We want to understand your experience so that we can continue to learn and improve. We will contact you to make sure you’re happy with the work we’ve done for you and ask you how we can do better.
