This project included the complete removal of all old siding, aluminum soffit fascia, eavestrough and outdated inefficient windows. The old siding was replaced with a modern and rustic dark siding and new aluminum soffit and fascia along the roof line.
Before installing the beautiful new siding, Tyvek home wrap was installed to provide additional waterproofing to the substructure to ensure that the weather elements are kept outside.
Every old window was replaced with beautiful brand new Greenview casement windows, trimmed in white to contrast with the dark siding, creating a stunning rustic modern look.
