Doors Project - Window To Door Transformation

Tired of exiting through the front door and going around the house to access their side yard, this client wanted to transform this old window into a new patio side door.

Using precision saw toothing a larger opening was cut from the traditional brickwork. New matching historical brick was inlaid with custom red tinted mortar to match the existing masonry. The newly created doorway featured a rustic proper stone threshold.

As the new brickwork above the door dries, the colours will blend together seamlessly, unifying the traditional red brick exterior.

With the new doorway created, a stunning custom entry door was installed with full glass panel.
