You Contact Us

You reach out to us in a way that’s convenient for you—whether that’s via telephone, email, or through our website’s contact form—and a friendly team member will answer. Depending on your needs, we’ll schedule a call between you and one of our sales consultants to discuss your project further.

We Contact You

The Sales Consultant assigned to your project will call to schedule an in-person meeting. We do this because, at Weaver, there’s no such thing as a “one-size-fits-all” approach. We need to see your home, listen to your needs, and thoroughly assess your request, so we can come up with the best solution.

We Visit You

Before we visit, we’ll email you to confirm our appointment date, along with a photo of the person who will be coming to your home, so you know it’s not a stranger showing up at your door. We’ll go over your project, take a number of photos, and promise a quote date.

We Send A Quote

After we absorb all the details we learned on our visit, we’ll weave a plan to get that job done right. You’ll receive a custom proposal from us, outlining project steps, details, and associated costs. This is a no-strings, no-obligation quote. We are confident that our pricing is competitive for the unsurpassed value we offer.

You Ask Questions

When you receive our quote, you may have some questions. Our team members are always available to answer questions you may have about your project before we start, as it progresses, and after completion. A Weaver client is a Weaver client for life.

We Schedule The Job

Once you’ve agreed to the quote, we’ll talk again to come up with a work plan that fits with your calendar. We’ll discuss a project timeline, review expectations, and before we start, you’ll know what’s going to happen when. Our production manager will schedule the job and tell you when you can expect us.

We Show Up

As you eagerly look forward to your home’s makeover, we’ll be planning for every last detail. Key members of our team will be briefed on your project and given a timeline, so everyone is aware of what’s happening at every given time. We show up when we say we will and do what we said we would. No surprises.

We Follow Up

We mentioned already that a Weaver client is a Weaver client for life, and we mean that. After your project is complete, we aren’t done with you. We want to know how your experience was, so we can continue to learn and improve. So, we’ll contact you, make sure you’re happy with our work, and ask how we can do even better.
